Pedaling that for about 40 km is carried out on a paved road. The first part, starting from Subiaco, turns out to be a long climb of about 25 km, sometimes challenging. The second part of the route, which winds through the woods, is very technical. Unfortunately this time it was practically inaccessible due to the multitude of trees and branches that obstructed the entire section. From the Holy Trinity you go down on asphalt for a long stretch until you take the dirt road that runs parallel to the Aniene for the return to Subiaco. Requires training.
