This route was planned by komoot.
This bike tour through and around Inverness takes in more places than you would see on foot and places that buses and cars can't reach. The waterways tour travels along the River Ness and the Caledonian Canal. The weather was great, there were very, very nice sections. The way back, however, went partly along a busy federal road. But you have to pay a lot of respect to the Scots, the drivers are absolutely no louts as you know it in Germany. There is no overtaking or jostling here. And always plenty of safety distance. I was already able to demonstrate this positive quality in Edinburgh.
