Absolutely stunning hike. However, the difficulty level should be adjusted to medium instead of easy. There are many rather steep parts that are rocky and require good hiking shoes and strong legs and steady feet. We met several elderly and young people who were overwhelmed as they underestimated the hike. The work of the volunteers is much appreciated!
Very nice walking route, path very well marked. Good walking shoes are a must! Occasionally a stray group of goats or sheep. Beautiful views.
Wonderful hike through the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. The route winds through the mountains - for me today a total of 5:20. Tour freely based on: https://www.komoot.com/smarttour/e995677601
Alpine experience, sure-footedness and a head for heights are required!
A wonderful circular tour to various waterfalls, great paths, wonderful nature in a deep valley fed by several rivers with crystal clear water. The starting point is above the mountain village of Tolox, where you can also park your vehicle. You climb about 500 meters in altitude, the paths are rocky and in some places slippery, especially after rainfall. Definitely a worthwhile tour if you are nearby.☝️🫶💪
A super nice tour in the Sierra de los Nieves 🤩
We did this walk in reverse direction, starting next to the Balneario, then visiting the Charco de la Virgen, followed by the Salto de la Rejía and the Salto de Horcajuelos.
