[Mid-September 2024] We actually almost got lost here. The tour can be done well up to the bathing spot, although it can get quite steep here. Afterwards, it's best to just go back the same way, because: No signal = no orientation. The path is only difficult to recognize in some places. Surefootedness and good footwear are recommended. It's best to start the hike in the morning when it's cooler and don't forget to bring drinks.

A quiet plateau with huge boulders/climbing areas. Little to no shade. Therefore, bring plenty of water!

After the moderately challenging climb, the landscape opens up to the plateau. Simply beautiful. We had a picnic here and watched the sheep grazing, their bells ringing.

The concrete road is no longer continuous on the way here. We didn't want to put too much strain on the rental car and parked further down.

Below Punta Caroddi, the famous Cala Goloritzé spire, it's possible to stop and camp, but camping inside the cove is prohibited. The area is protected to preserve its extraordinary natural beauty and the purity of its turquoise waters, a symbol of the Gulf of Orosei.
