The La cabane de la hourquette was recognized by wood pigeon hunters, at the time many flocks passed this pass to descend into the neighboring Chirroulets valley. The migrants were shot on the wing. The stone walls where the hunters used to position themselves still exist. Today, it is no longer an abundant passage for wood pigeons.
