Very nice hike. Take the wide, stony track that keeps climbing for the Saut du Goat and don't take the path that runs along the river, the wooden barricade closed on certain days by the way?!?!. Saut du Goat: beautiful place between the rocks with a beautiful waterfall. You have to earn it. The descent is then along the river. More sporty in places on the rock face by a 🐐 path.

Beyond the ridge, we have a real 360° view of Sainte Baume, the Provençal countryside (as far as Ventoux if the weather is nice!), the Alps in the distance, the maquis of the Mazaugues communal forest, then the Toulon mountains and finally the sea with the Porqueroles islands... IDEAL on sunny days.

Caution: We recommend only walking as far as the beautiful view. After that, the descent becomes very difficult. We were there in April, and the path down in the valley was barely passable due to the river and its strong current. The water was leg-deep in places, and the paths hadn't been used for a long time. At the end, there was a long dirt road with lots of mud. It's definitely better in the summer :)
