What it says really. During TT fortnight (don't know about the manx, but I expect so) the football becomes a 120 pitch camp ground and has done since the 90's. Clubhouse showers, bar, laundry facilities, big screen TV showing bike content and a decent walk in breakfast menu from 7am on race days. £16 a night & very reasonable tea coffee butty prices. 👌

A very sharp right hander on the TT course, after one of the fastest straights on the circuit.

Looks dramatic with the rail at the edge of the cliff.

Coming from the north is harder, with a steep climb to the top, then a series of short sharp climbs and descents across the tops. Ends with a draggy climb to Beinn-y-phott road. Great on a clear day.
