Circuit starting and finishing at the Maurettes beach car park in Villeneuve Loubet. This route has the advantage of leaving the seaside to travel the roads of the Villeneuve hinterland: Biot, Valbonne, Opio, Le Rouret, Roquefort les pins. A good part of it is on a cycle path. You can stop for a picnic in the park opposite the Coluche stele and have a coffee in Roquefort. Avoid visiting Valbonne on Friday morning, it's market day. It's crowded!

The park forms a kind of crescent centered on the Brague river and its tributary the Bruguet. There are many historical remains, such as old mills, traces of coal millstones, the stone quarries of Pierres à Four or signs of Roman presence.
