El Pont de Goi és un dels indrets històrics més emblemàtics de l’entorn de Valls. Situat sobre el riu Francolí, aquest antic pas del camí de Tarragona a Lleida conserva una llarga història que es remunta a l’antiguitat i que va tenir continuïtat durant l’edat mitjana amb la reconstrucció del pont al segle XIV. La seva estructura de pedra, amb tres arcs, evoca segles de comunicacions entre el litoral i l’interior del país. L’any 1809 fou escenari de la batalla del Pont de Goi, un dels episodis més destacats de la Guerra del Francès al Camp de Tarragona. Un espai on conflueixen patrimoni, paisatge fluvial i memòria històrica.

El Castell del Rourell és un magnífic casal senyorial d’origen medieval situat al cor de l’Alt Camp. Vinculat inicialment a la presència de l’orde del Temple al territori, formava part de l’antiga estructura feudal que controlava aquestes terres durant l’edat mitjana. L’edifici actual conserva elements de diverses èpoques, amb una reconstrucció destacada al segle XVII i reformes posteriors que li van donar la fesomia actual. Destaquen el portal adovellat, les finestres coronelles gòtiques i l’estructura de casal fortificat, testimoni del poder dels marquesos de Vallgornera, antics senyors del lloc. Un racó patrimonial que evoca el passat medieval i senyorial del Camp de Tarragona.
