A good spot to stop for supplies and a bit of culture while hiking Gotalenden. Plenty of options for food and drink, and don't miss the excellent Industrial History museum.

As of August 2024, the road is marked as closed due construction in Aspen train station. It is passable by bike nearly all the way, though, and you can switch to the forest path on the north side of Säveån for the last meters to Jonsered.

One of the first factories in Sweden to be beautifully renovated and implemented. The 'Brödfabrik i Jonseret' has a great café for fika.
