The name "great descent" is not entirely correct. The sign "cyclists brake off" is there for a reason. The first part is a confusing descent with bumps, ending in a sharp bend. So keep your fingers on the brakes, especially until the sharp bend to the right. Once you have passed that, you will come to a wide road and it is great to descend (although you share the road with a lot of other traffic). Fan of climbing?
