"Ga-Nus-Quah" translates to "Stone Giants," according to the Harriman Trails guidebook. The park's official trail map marks this spot: https://parks.ny.gov/documents/parks/HarrimanTrailMap.pdf What they don't tell you, though, is that there is a nice little waterfall here, too! Look for two large boulders that make a sort of cave/ tunnel; you can either go through it or go around in order to get to the waterfall area. There were lots of flies/ mosquitoes when we were there.
