Ramato Torne is a rocky outcrop that offers great views of the surrounding hills. On a clear day, you can even see the Manhattan skyline from here!

Bridge footings still intact at the site of the crossing. To continue north west travel along the northern side of the trail, bushwhacking west starting when the Kakiat trail crosses the river south.

"Ga-Nus-Quah" translates to "Stone Giants," according to the Harriman Trails guidebook. The park's official trail map marks this spot: https://parks.ny.gov/documents/parks/HarrimanTrailMap.pdf What they don't tell you, though, is that there is a nice little waterfall here, too! Look for two large boulders that make a sort of cave/ tunnel; you can either go through it or go around in order to get to the waterfall area. There were lots of flies/ mosquitoes when we were there.
