In the middle of Strobl stands the beautiful Pfarrkirche Strobl, dedicated to Saint Sigismund. The church was built between 1758 and 1761 and consecrated on May 3, 1761. It is a beautiful example of late Baroque, and the interior is particularly special: a large part of the original Baroque furnishings has been preserved. With its characteristic tower and central location, the church truly belongs to the village scenery of Strobl. Definitely worth a visit during a walk through the village: the richly decorated high altar and side altars make the small detour more than worthwhile.

The Klause is still today a flood protection structure for the Goiserer district below the Traun. The footpath below the Klause offers a beautiful insight into the small gorge below the wall.

The Dürrenstraße on the north side is the longer, but in return attractive route for the ride into the valley, because it offers variety. After the climbs, there are also flatter sections again, and in both side branches there are photo opportunities of the gorge or dry stream bed.
