In my opinion, this is a great campsite for cyclists. You always meet like-minded people because there's only one seating area for the tent area, which forces people to sit next to each other, and you always get chatting... which is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, the campsite has become a bit more expensive over the years, but it's still worth it for anyone cycling the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route. Best wishes and keep moving 🚲🌬️😉

No matter which direction you arrive in Krakow am See, the observation tower on Jörnberg welcomes you. The observation platform of the now 28-meter-tall tower is located almost 100 meters above sea level. After the first wooden observation tower was built on the same site in 1897, a new reinforced concrete structure followed. The Bismarck Tower, erected in 1907, was made of reinforced concrete by a Rostock company. It reached a height of 13.40 meters up to the observation platform.
