There is a road on both sides of Randsfjorden. The one on the west side is narrower and much quieter, up to 10 km before Jevnaker there are no more than 1 car per 5 minutes 😊

I would not categorize this as a bike touring / gravel or even Mtb highlight as it is pretty difficult to get there, single trail very rocky or mushy. Just hide your bike somewhere next to the main gravel road and walk to the suspended bridge. It is a nice area and on the way there is a very scenic picnic place but for me it is not worth the effort (took me 1h to push/carry the bike). Better go for a hike there.

Very old and scenic bridge and location. However, it takes a lot of walking with the bike to get there unless you're on a mountainbike and quite skilled. But worth the effort.

Great location for a break when on a hike or gravel ride. Benches around and a nice view by the lake.

A bit old, rusty and wobbly but seems structurally sound and is in a very photogenic location. I took the “bygata” trail which is relatively easy on an MTB and then went on “Mjølkebakka” trail which gets more technical in sections. But is beautiful! Depending on weather it can get quite muddy! I continued to måsjøveien, but the section after the bridge to the fire road is nearly unridable and you have to carry or push. Other option is to turn around and take the same trail back.
