Quite an imposing bridge over the Rautibach (which, however, never had much water when I passed by).

History takes place here, within walls and also within its unique buildings, such as the Freuler Palace.

A very beautiful path along the lake. Secured with chains in narrow/slippery sections. Wonderful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. A very quiet, fairytale forest.

I rode the first part of the trail uphill on my e-bike in wet conditions with lots of leaves. Then it's definitely a 2+. Very few regular bikers will ride it all the way through. (Kommot says S1, which is clearly too easy, whether uphill or downhill. Alternatively, there's the Alpsträsschen.)
