The lower of the two meadows in Eltham Park North is below Long Pond and has views of London. The bottom half of the field is on a hill which has grassy passages through the vegetation weaving between trees and bushes.

Just below Severn Droogs Castle, in a clearing above a hilly field, is the rose garden. Jack wood is to the left -Castle Wood to the right; a large ornate brick step system is directly behind that climbs to the castle.

The cafe at the top of Oxleas Meadow is known by locals as β€˜the secret’; grab a cup of tea before hitting the tracks. To its left Oxleas Wood, to its right Jack Wood and further on Castle Wood; Sheperdneas Wood at the bottom over the A2; lots of cool tracks and trails. Watch for dog walkers.
