Once you’re on the Thames Path past Erith Yacht Club - the first stretch is Crayford Ness; the single track is rough going … and gets tougher as you get toward the Saltings. A couple of trails lead down closer to the waters edge. Great views.

A brief respite from the heavy going rocky trail along the Erith marshes path before the track gets even rockier towards the Salt Marshes. Often features cyclists repairing punctures and checking for components rattled loose from the trail.
