The “Pont Gilbert - Passerelle de la Sée” is a pedestrian and bicycle bridge that connects Avranches and Marcey-les-Grèves. This bridge is located on the site of a historic bridge and has a ramp for a gentle climb and easy crossing to the other side of the river. It is a very useful bridge and recommended by cyclists. The bridge is also one of the highlights in the Vernix region.

Plage de Saint-Jean-le-Thomas is a beach located in the commune of Saint-Jean-le-Thomas in the department of Manche in Normandy, France. It is the first beach of the bay that you will find if you arrive from the south, when you come from Granville and go towards Mont Saint-Michel. It has a beautiful sandy beach at high tide, and the sea retreats very far at low tide. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Mont Saint-Michel, Tombelaine and the Emerald Coast from its beaches.

Overlooking the entire bay of Mont Saint Michel, this part of the road from Saint Jean le Thomas to Carolles is incredible. Many equipped stops allow you to enjoy the view from the cliffs. When I was little, my father told me every time we passed that the place was considered "the most beautiful kilometer in France". Not false. Only downside, no cycling facilities, we share the road with cars.
