Lindalsfallet

Highlight • Waterfall

If you go around the circle to the right (clockwise), this is the first waterfall - and the steep incline is done right at the beginning.
Here at the Ørnsnydda viewpoint you have the best view of the waterfall.

You might even run into the friendly 83-year-old (as of June 25) who has been using the steps every day since construction began. He gives you a warm, easygoing smile while you're still catching your breath. 🥵

Innerdalshytta enjoys the tremendous backdrop of mighty Innerdalstårnet, sometimes cited as the Matterhorn of Norway. This DNT cabin provides accommodation and, during the summer months, there's food and drink available.

I have tried that bypass but i would not reccomend it unless you have a mountain bike so. There is a 300m segment with fallen rocks from the mountain and terrible road. The rest of the road is OK, except some fallen trees and some glass that is spread on some portions along the way.

The medium difficulty level is very optimistic. I would call it tough because of the steep climb in the beginning and the long even steeper descent just before the end. There is no walking here, climbing and scrambling is a better term.
