On our cycling trip from Essen (GER) to Cambridge (GB), we stopped at this hospitable PUB and were allowed to charge the batteries of our e-bikes both on the way there and on the way back. We also had a delicious piece of cake and a strengthening coffee. A very friendly PLACE!
