Hiking
The Aurora Erbstolln (Aurora Erbstolln) is a small medieval silver mine on the edge of the Freiberg mining district and definitely worth a visit. The visitor mine is usually open every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. during the warmer months of the year (April to October). Hiking groups (of approximately 10 people or more) are advised to call in advance.
