Hiking
Even at the entrance, you can see the tracks leading into the darkness for mine carts. The tunnel and tracks extend several hundred meters into the mountain to junctions that lead further into the mountain.
History:
The "Altlayenkaul" mine near Rudolfshaus below Bruschied dates back to the 17th century. According to entries in old church records, 13 miners lost their lives there in a mine collapse in 1740.
