The hut house of the New Hope of God's Fundgrube was built in 1750. It is the last of three hut houses in Bräunsdorf that is still preserved in its original condition. It served the miners as a prayer room, as well as accommodation for the clerk and an invalid miner whose job it was to ring the shift bell at certain times.
