Hiking
The first mention of the Demitz-Thumitz Castle (formerly the manor) took place in 1611. From 1712 until the expropriation, the manor was owned by the von Criegern family, who had the castle built around 1750. The castle and outbuildings are privately owned and were saved from deterioration in the late 1990s, extensively renovated and are now apartments.
