This "shelter" is a so-called Wetterpilz (weather mushroom), which spontaneously invites you to take a break. It offers protection from the rain and provides shade in the sunshine.
Even though this Wetterpilz has been reinforced with external support posts, I don't think it is suitable for multiple hammock overnight stays, nor is it intended for that. Even if it has held up before, it's better not to overdo it and to treat it with care so that it remains for all of us for a long time to come.
