Hiking
Do not visit this forest without waterproof footwear, whatever the season. Long pants also have advantages in this forest with jungle allures. Parts of this forest are privately owned, but there is also a bushy, very swampy trail that is freely accessible.

Hiking
I can only confirm what Katrien already wrote here. It is still soggy in places, even though it hasn't rained for a while now. Always waterproof shoes!

Hiking
Patchwork of forest plots: Hospiesbos, Paelepelbos, Papeleubos, Koningsbos, Haelbroekbos and Nonnenbos, together approx. 82ha, half of which is managed by the Nature and Forests Agency; further by Natuurpunt and partly also in private property.
