Hiking
The Sierck National Forest is a large and deep forest crossed by the GR 5. The locals particularly appreciate its tranquility only disturbed by an abundant fauna.

🌳 Forêt Domaniale de Sierck – State Forest with History and Views
The Forêt Domaniale de Sierck is an extensive state forest above Sierck-les-Bains, crisscrossed by old paths, picnic areas, and viewpoints. Here, nature meets history: From the forest, you can enjoy sweeping views of the Moselle Valley, castles, and historical sites.
🍂 Ideal for hikers seeking peace, shade, and a taste of French serenity – off the beaten track.
💬 Tip: Some trails are unmarked – a map or app makes it easier to find your way around. Especially beautiful in autumn!
