The church of San Paolo Apostolo in Foligno is a parish church designed by Massimiliano Fuksas and Doriana Mandrelli Fuksas in 2009. Symbol of rebirth after the 1997 Umbria-Marche earthquake, it stands on an area that had hosted a container camp for displaced people.
Inside, particular attention is given to the natural lights which scenographically illuminate the elements of greatest importance for the celebration, in addition to the chandeliers, which descend for many meters from the ceiling.
