Italian artist Etsom explores the animal world in all his works, always constructed from leaves of local vegetation, often from vegetation growing near the wall he's working on. For Taranto, he chose to represent the dolphin, the city's symbol. The mammal, positioned like an hourglass, indicates the hottest hour of the day, drawing attention to climate change.
