A real eye-catcher is the old city pool. The pretty building shines in new splendor. Which city in Germany can still have a historic old town bath?

Hiking
Built in 1874 according to plans by city architect Emil Trummler in the neoclassical style, it was one of Germany's first indoor swimming pools. Its tower is a remnant of the old city fortifications. Between 2001 and 2009, it was renovated in accordance with historic preservation regulations to create a modern swimming and recreational facility.
