Sutschketal Trail – apparently, a bridge that you're not even allowed to ride on is called a "trail" here. A rather bold use of terminology.

Follow the main path and the narrow trail along the lake.

The Klein Köriser See is part of the Teupitz-Köriser chain of lakes with over ten interconnected bodies of water and belongs to the Dahme Heideseen Nature Park.

The view of the Klein Köriser See is particularly impressive when you cross the bridge over the connecting canal on the Lübbener Chaussee. From here, the water stretches quietly in both directions, framed by dense forest. The vastness of the lake invites you to simply stop and take in the surroundings. If you explore the area, you will find well-developed hiking trails that run along the shore and repeatedly offer beautiful views of the lake. Away from the bridge, there is even a small staircase (officially forbidden) that leads to an even better photo spot. Especially in spring and autumn, when the colors become more intense, the lake turns into a quiet oasis - ideal for a relaxed hike with your camera in hand.

A beautiful place for a quiet walk along the shore of the Klein Köriser See. The paths lead through dense forest and there are few to no visitors, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. At first glance, the bathing area may seem inconspicuous - there is no classic beach or lawn. Instead, you will find natural sections of the shore that are particularly popular with hikers who appreciate the silence and nature. The swampy forest floor and the shady trees make this section ideal for walks in summer. For bathers who are not afraid of a little cold or muddy ground, there are sure to be a few places to jump into the water. For hikers, however, this place is a quiet pearl on the edge of the lake that is worth a visit.

I have to disagree with Lars. In the middle of the Sutschketal there is a crossing to the other side. As the valley is not that long anyway, I recommend going all the way around it... Incidentally, there are only 2 narrow parking bays on the road up to this bridge, which are occupied in summer and at weekends anyway. To avoid unnecessary traffic, and also for the benefit of the residents, I recommend parking up there or just outside the town, as you will pass there on the lake circuit anyway, so the starting point doesn't matter... (An official hiking parking lot outside the town would be nice)
