A well-maintained cycle path from the RHK to the Jahrhunderthalle - and in the middle of it the cult meeting point "Holgers Erzbahnbude". Always a must!

The Lothringer Trasse is a great trail from Castrop Merklinde to Bochum Altenbochum. However, on the Castroper Hellweg it is a bit cumbersome to cross it. Because you always have to ride a bit to the traffic light and then back to the actual trail.

Simply beautiful, what the Emscher has become in the meantime. Almost like the transformation from the ugly duckling to the proud swan.
