You can't exactly ride a bike, but it's a good option for just hanging out there for bike touring, as it's easily accessible via the bike lanes. Both the 1º de Mayo and Tomás Morales bike lanes... There are green areas to lie down, benches, fountains... You can sunbathe when the sun starts to rise and even do some exercise... There are a lot of dogs, though, but they don't usually bother you, or they don't bother you directly.

The first stretch from Las Arenas is a bit tough if you haven't been hiking for long, so I don't recommend it.

It is a great place to relax. You can sunbathe, there are large green areas, for running, cycling, and even for sheltering from the rain. It has closing times that change depending on the season. If you don't mind carrying your bike, you can access it from above.
