The church in St. Moritz was built in 1512 and consecrated in 1519. The vaulting suggests the work of Valentin Winkler of Pfalzen. The interior is adorned with a rich reticulated vault with round and square keystones and rosettes. In the choir, a playful star vault with curved lines and freely projecting ends supports square keystones, on which are relief angels holding coats of arms. The altars are neo-Gothic; the statues on the high altar are by Augustin Valentin, Brixen, 1904; the statues on the side altars are by the sculptor Mair, Bruneck, 1870. The old altarpiece, Mother Anna, 1836, was painted by Josef Renzler, who also painted the Last Judgment.
