A beautifully landscaped park with a variety of roses and other plants. There are many benches inviting you to linger, a fountain in the back, and two sculptures commemorating the suffering. Hersbruck was a satellite camp of the Flossenbürg concentration camp. The concentration camp memorial is located directly behind the rose garden on Badstraße.

This rustic wooden hut features a friendly host. Serving light and dark beer, it's worth a stop.

What a place, of course today is May 1st. The "Fichta" is definitely worth a visit, the meals / snacks are very good, beer of course. I made do with a good coffee and cake today. The nice thing is that you can do good tours here on a racing bike 🚴🏼♂️🚴♀️ and it's also great on a mountain bike, mostly via the Rotmainquelle on a circular route 🚵🏻♂️🚵
